However you do, this would certainly be a "work-around" for that archaic Posse Commitatus law, forbidding the use of the military for police work within the US. One of Texas Fred's commentors suggested using that pre-existing force "necessary to the security of a free state" if there's any problems with insurrection or civil disorder, but I think those anti-gubmint militia nut types are nuthin' but a bunch of racist good ol' boys, whereas the Obamaessiah's "special security force" would be filled with "reformed" ghetto gangbangers, who were denied their chance to make something productive of themselves and forced by "The Man" to turn to a life of crime! (NOT!!!)
BTW, if anybody thinks I'm being racist with the above post, piss off, I'm in good company; there's plenty of folks who also think That One is the WRONG ONE for the US. Note, I said "the US," not "the USSR!" You want a Socialist country, move to one! Don't try to change the US into one!

I was reading a post on Mrs. Du Toit's blog... ended up going from LawDog to Anarchangel, then a post there talking about his regular reads led me to her... where she quoted and linked to something interesting. (Sorry for the confusing directions, but I wasn't making a link map.) It was in her post about watching "Choice 2008" and recognizing The Manchurian Candidate when she sees him. If you go look at it, there's a quoted section in there from something Obama the Hopeful once said about there being a problem with how the Founding Fathers only spelled out negative rights in the Constitution... they said what the government cannot do, but failed to say what they must do on your behalf.

Honestly, whatever country it is that he wants to be President of, I think it's quite clear that it's not the United States of America.

That's another point about "why I don't like the Obamamessiah": he's a "constitutional lawyer" who hates everything in the Constitution and wants to destroy it! "Negative rights"; you mean like "the Government can't throw your dumb ass in a 're-education camp' for guilt-by-association after hanging out with anti-war terrorists"?
And mentioning The Manchurian Candidate: the Lefties see that as literal for McCain, since he was a POW in 'Nam, but he's never espoused the ideas of Communism, but That One has, several times! And his wife makes a good replacement for the overbearing mother character, originally played by Angela Lansbury.
