A Memorial Day post after all
I hadn't planned on posting anything for Memorial Day. Then while I was at my mom's taking care of her dogs, I watched the President speak from Arlington after he laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknowns. This song just started playing in my head. It makes me cry nearly every time I hear it.

Glad you decided to post on Memorial Day. And we would like to thank you for your Service too.
I've always thought it's one of his best songs... but, yes, I burst into tears every time.
I'll get D to take me down to the cemetary later. Time to visit my grandfather.
